Return/ Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the instant download files I do not offer any refunds or returns, but please contact me if you have any problems or concerns.
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be returned in original condition and customer will pay shipping costs. If item received is damaged, or incorrect please contact us so that we can make it right for you (this will be on a case by case basis and may include up to a full refund, or new product being sent out at no additional charge.) No restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping
Products are shipped via USPS to US customers only at this time. No international shipping is offered at this time. I will ship first class or priority mail depending on the weight of your package. I strive to ship your purchase between 2- 3 days. If production time is lengthened beyond that I will include an announcement in the affected product’s listing. It typically takes 2-5 days for your product to arrive once shipped and I will provide tracking information for you via email.
File Delivery
Files are often delivered in JPG/JPEG and/or PDF formats. Often times I will deliver in a ZIP format, therefore you will need to extract the files- don’t worry this is easy to do:
– Windows: Right click on the ZIP folder and select “Extract All”
– Apple Mac: Right click on the ZIP folder and select “Open”
Files will delivered right away once you complete checkout and your payment has been processed. You will see a button to click on to download your files.
